This Refund Policy is issued by Melovix, operated by Ettayeb Mohammed Soulaimane("we", "us"). Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the initial order date, for any reason.

For subsequent auto-renewal charges, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policyand any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
  2. Open the order and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Alternatively, email hello@melovix.com with your order ID and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period.
