Terms of Service

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Melovix provides access to a catalog of royalty-free audio loops and samples, delivered under a paid subscription or a limited free plan with credits. Availability of specific loops may change over time.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Melovix grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use downloaded loops inside your own musical productions (commercial or non-commercial), including releases on streaming platforms.

You may NOT: (a) redistribute or resell the raw loops or repackage them into sample packs, libraries, NFTs, or AI training datasets; (b) claim authorship of the raw loops themselves; (c) use the loops in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates law.

Melovix and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, the loop catalog, the branding, and all associated software and documentation. No rights are granted except the limited licence in section 3.

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully, engage in fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, probe or attack the Service, scrape or bulk-download the catalog, upload malware, or resell access.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or via paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes Paddle is required to collect.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melovix disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melovix's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify Melovix against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
